Dandelion Root Extract

Overview

Dandelion Root Extract has a rich variety of vitamins which include vitamin C, fibre, potassium, iron, calcium, magnesium, zinc, and phosphorus. One function of dandelion root extract is that it acts as a digestive aid, providing the effect of a mild laxative (1). Other properties include its antioxidant effect which helps prevent free radicals from damaging the body’s cells (2) as well as anti cancer properties (3).
